‘Beyond the Barrier’ is an intergenerational integrated access performance written for, and inspired by, the participants of the Watermill Theatre’s access programmes.

Written for participants between the ages of 8 and 75 and based on their responses, ‘Beyond the Barrier’ explores how we live in a world where the rules aren’t made for us, and the effect of this on those who experience it.
